Orders are processed through Shopify, as well as temporary direct sales through Instagram, Facebook, and Shopify POS until our full e-commerce website is live.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped. All prices are listed in USD and subject to applicable sales tax.
5. Shipping Policy
We currently offer domestic U.S. shipping only. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers based on the best available rates and reliability.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier performance.
Dust Prophet Moto is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the order has been transferred to the carrier.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with all original tags intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges and refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn, washed, damaged, or clearance items.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged items upon arrival.
Proof of damage or defect will be required upon request, every item shipped is thoroughly inspected before shipping.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-15 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
