Order Help

Track My Order

Have your order number and email ready. If you checked out as a guest, use the same email.

  • Status meanings: Processing (we’re packing), Shipped (carrier has it), Delivered (check mailbox/porch).

  • Didn’t get a confirmation email? Check spam or email us and we’ll resend it.

Change or Cancel an Order

We move fast. If you need to update your shipping address, size, or cancel:

  • Email dustprophetmoto@gmail.com with the subject URGENT: Order Change and include your order #.

  • If the order has already shipped, we’ll help with an exchange or return once it arrives.

Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Items

We’re on it.

  • Missing item: Sometimes items ship separately—check your tracking emails. If not found, email us.

  • Wrong item/size received: Email a quick photo and your order #.

  • Damaged on arrival: Email photos of the packaging and item within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Where we ship: USA (domestic) for now.

  • Carriers: We use the best-rated service per package (e.g., USPS/UPS).

  • Processing time: Usually 1–3 business days.

  • Transit time: Typically 2–6 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight/zone.

  • Tracking: Emailed automatically when your label is created.

Delays & Lost Packages

  • Weather and carrier backlogs can add time. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days, email us and we’ll open a trace.

  • Marked Delivered but not found? Check neighbors, mailbox, parcel lockers, and wait 24 hours. Still missing? Email us.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear.

Eligibility: Unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in original condition.
Window: Initiate within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are welcome; customer covers return shipping to us.

  • Once received and inspected, we ship your replacement. If the requested size/color is sold out, we’ll offer alternatives or a refund to your original payment method.

Returns for Refund

  • Customer covers return shipping.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection (allow 3–7 business days once processed).

  • Exchange size/color (if applicable)

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Note: Final sale items (if marked), worn/washed items, or items with odors/damage aren’t eligible.

Sizing and Product Care

Sizing

Most tees run true to size. If you prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up.
Need personalized advice? Tell us your height/weight/fit preference and we’ll guide you.

Care

  • Turn garments inside out

  • Cold wash, gentle cycle

  • Hang dry (recommended) or tumble low

  • Don’t iron directly on prints

Payments, Discounts and Taxes

  • We accept major cards and Shop Pay/Apple Pay/Google Pay (as supported by Shopify).

  • Only one discount code per order.

  • Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address (Arizona TPT will apply when applicable).

Defective or Product Issues

We stand behind the gear.

  • If you discover a manufacturing defect within 30 days, email photos and your order #.

  • We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion after reviewing the issue.

Community, Events, and The Collective

We sometimes announce rides, meetups, and cookouts on our social pages and email list.

  • Follow us on Instagram and Facebook: @DustProphetMoto

  • Wearing DPM gear at community ride-outs may unlock perks (like free food or stickers) when noted in the event post.

Note: Any on-trail activity is voluntary and at your own risk. Always ride safe, respect local laws, and pack out what you pack in.


Preorders and Out of Stock

  • Preorders: Estimated ship windows will be shown on the product page. If timelines change, we’ll email you.

  • Restocks: Hit “Notify Me” on the product page (when available) or join our email list.
